Recently there has been an uptick in interest in more relaxing, casual games and we are seeing several developers rising to the occasion to meet that desire □ If this is the case, apply with a well written resume instead □ It's understandable if you don't want to fill in your LinkedIn as this may also trigger increased outreach by recruiters. ![]() Again, as we are receiving so many applications, we will prioritize those we feel are genuinely excited about the role and have put in the time to have a complete profile or resume ▶ Finally, it signals a lack of interest and effort from you. So might as well have it ready sooner and increase your chances for success. ▶ Should you make it through initial screening with an incomplete profile, you will still need to either complete it or have a resume for later stages as interviewers will need more to go on when speaking with you in order to best evaluate you. You might think it's just a small time investment on their end to just call you, but we are currently receiving hundreds, sometimes thousands of applications per role. ▶ Even if recruiters are manually going through resumes, they will most likely skip your application. If your LinkedIn profile lacks information, it won't be picked up by the CRM and the chances of it being viewed by a recruiter decrease significantly. ▶ Most companies use CRMs or AI to help filter through resumes.
