This Analogue Drums End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or single entity) and Analogue Drums for the Sample Library (hereafter referred to as "the Library") you have licensed. This License is only valid for the individual who has purchased an unopened, new and lawfully made copy of FatStacks from a dealer or distributor authorized by Big Fish Audio.
